The approved UNIZIK School fees for new students in 2023/2024 session range from ₦55,000 to ₦120,000 depending on faculty and level. Returning students in their second year and above pay slightly higher fees within the range of ₦75,000 to ₦150,000.

Since UNIZIK is a residential university, accommodation fees apply to all fresh students:
- 100 Level Accommodation: ₦15,000 per student
